Just thought I would share my lovely picture. I have Amano shrimp in this tank, but only one is in there right now. My LFS sells them for $6 a piece. Surely I can get them cheaper!

That's lovely. I only have diatom and a patch of some green algae or sorts to deal with now. I think I know why glute is not killing my algae problem -- I get a sliver of direct light on that tank at dawn from a cathedral ceiling window. Short of moving the tank, not sure what I can do about that.
